Integrity Industries, Inc., was founded on July 1, 1986 by Max Duncan, Burt Bull, and Wallace Sparkman. The company originally sought to develop niche specialty markets in the drilling fluids business. This led to the development of the wholesale liquid oilmud business and positioned Integrity as a full-service manufacturer and wholesaler of drilling fluid specialty chemicals and related products. Integrity has grown in products and profitability every year, attracting the acknowledgement of INC. Magazine in 1992 as one of the country's 500 fastest-growing companies. Integrity Industries was acquired by WHES in September 1997.

Integrity Industries believes that growth will continue through the development of new and innovative products to increase production and cost efficiency for the oil and gas industry. This Research and Development focus, in tandem with the Company's "wholesale-only" marketing, allows Integrity to continue to introduce new ideas with minimal overhead.

Integrity ultimately provides products to oil and gas operators worldwide. To accomplish this, Integrity markets through the various Drilling Fluids retailers, both major and independent, offering unique technology and cost-effective manufacturing. Integrity Industries differentiates itself from the competition by offering such special technologies and by being the sole source of supply of liquid oilmud to the independent mud companies. Recently the company has expanded existing facilities to include environmentally friendly "Synthetic Muds" as well. Integrity offers both diesel and synthetic fluids on a use-return basis. Specialty drilling fluid additives such as lubricants, well-bore cleanup chemicals, and liquefied polymer dispersions, top the list of innovations that remains the company's focal point. The specialty nature of these products allows for worldwide distribution.
