Dyna-Drill Technologies, Inc. was acquired from Halliburton Energy Services at the same time as the Pathfinder acquisition. The company manufactures downhole power sections for drilling motor suppliers and directional drilling companies.

Dyna-Drill power sections are used throughout the world in all downhole drilling applications such as:

• Conventional Directional Drilling
• Medium and Short Radius Drilling
• Hot Hole Environments
• River & Highway Crossings

Dyna-Drill moved all the assets from Halliburton's Fort Worth manufacturing facility to a new plant in Houston, Texas in August of 1999. Many of our employees have over 15 years experience manufacturing Dyna-Drill power sections. The Dyna-Drill power section has been in use since the late 50's and the name is recognized world wide as the leader in drilling motor technology. The company has an advanced elastomer and quality control-measurement lab in the Houston facility. Dyna-Drill offers two types of rubber compounds (NBR and HSN) which are used in different drilling environments. Product offering includes the MX (Medium Speed Performance) and ESX (Extra Slow Speed Performance) power sections along with 30 other standard and performance power sections.
